What information we handle
When you contact us by email, we may process your name, email address, channel or organisation details, business correspondence, public professional information you provide or that is relevant to a potential collaboration, and other information you choose to send. Please do not send financial identification documents or sensitive personal information unless specifically needed and agreed.
Why we use it
We use business contact information to respond to enquiries, evaluate potential creator–sponsor fit, discuss proposed commercial relationships, keep a record of approved introductions and agreements, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Depending on the circumstances, the lawful basis may be steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract or legitimate interests in handling relevant business correspondence and partnerships.
Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell business contact information. We may use service providers such as email, document-storage and website-hosting services to support our operations. We share information with potential partners only where necessary for an agreed purpose and with appropriate permissions. Because our work is international, information may be handled across countries, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for enquiries, business records, agreements, legitimate business purposes and applicable legal obligations. We apply proportionate access and security precautions, recognising that no internet service is entirely risk-free.
Website technology
This version of the website does not contain an enquiry form, advertising pixels, embedded analytics or behavioural-tracking scripts. Buttons open your email application. The company hosting the site may process technical connection and security logs; its practices are separate from our site code. If new forms or analytics are introduced, this notice will be reviewed and updated.
Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also object to direct marketing.
